Call if you need to speak to someone urgently about your mental health –
Examples of reasons to call: Feel unsafe or distressed, unable to cope, thinking about harming self, feeling out of control, unusual ideas, hearing voices, excessive worry
A psychological wellbeing practitioner will answer and quickly assess your needs
They have information on all the health, social and voluntary services available to support you. They will refer or make an appointment if it is needed. They may decide to need urgent support. In this case they can put you in contact with the crisis services or even refer you to a Sanctuary
